Mike "Stick" Owens - Operations Manager
Dean Klugh - Shop Manager
Dean has been a vital part of the Forest Glen Repair team since 2019, and his talent has played a significant role in the company’s growth. With 14 years of industry experience, he holds ASE certifications in medium/heavy-duty diesel and is a graduate of the PCC Diesel Technology program. Specializing in engines and electrical diagnostics, Dean brings expert knowledge and problem-solving skills to every job.
When he’s not in the shop, Dean enjoys spending time outdoors and working on his small hobby farm with his wife and boys!
Tosh Baker - Shop Foreman
Tosh has been working with FGR since 2023.
With 11 years of experience in diesel repair and an Associate of Applied Science in Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technology from Linn-Benton Community College, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the shop. His specialties include engine rebuilds, electrical work, and diagnostics—he thrives on the challenge of finding and fixing problems.
When he's not in the shop, Tosh enjoys working on Honda trail bikes and antique tractors, as well as spending time outdoors camping and fishing. We're proud to have him on the team!
Tanner - Sales Manager & Field Technician
Tanner brings over 13 years of experience to our team and holds an associate’s degree in John Deere Technology. His passion for heavy equipment repair and performance has been evident since childhood, and he continues to push the limits in his work.
As Forest Glen Repair expands into equipment sales with XCMG, Tanner’s hands-on industry expertise will be invaluable in his role as Sales Manager. His deep understanding of heavy machinery and commitment to quality service make him a key part of our growing team.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys traveling and competing in sled-pulling events across the Northwest. He shares his adventurous spirit with his wife, Makenzie, and his competitive drive and dedication—both personally and professionally—reflect the same energy and commitment he brings to Forest Glen Repair.

Cody SchMidt - Parts Manager
With seven years of experience in the automotive and agricultural industries, Cody brings a strong background in parts and management. His extensive training with AutoZone and Holt Ag Solutions has helped him develop a keen understanding of engine rebuilds, where he takes pride in upgrading engines with the latest and best components. His hands-on approach and drive for continuous learning make him a valuable part of the Forest Glen Repair team.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys downhill skateboarding, snowboarding, and tinkering with cars—whether fixing or modifying them for better performance.
sherry zimmerman - hr & finance manager

Sherry has been a part of Forest Glen Repair since 2022, bringing 18 years of experience in parts, administration, and accounting. She enjoys working with customers and finds the challenge of statement reconciliation especially rewarding. With a passion for organization and structure, she keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoys tending to her ever-growing houseplant collection—over 100 and counting! Most importantly, she’s a proud wife, mom, and nana who cherishes time with her family. We're lucky to have her as part of the team!
randilynn Owens - special projects manager

Randilynn joined the Forest Glen Repair team in 2020, initially running parts and preparing invoices on a part-time basis. Since then, her role has grown to support multiple departments across the company. A dental hygienist by trade, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology but has found a passion for administrative work, organization, and helping the team succeed. She loves learning new things and has enjoyed watching her husband, Stick, and his team build a successful and fun place to work.
Outside of FGR, Randilynn loves spending time at home with her family and animals or cheering on her two children, Callynn and Weston, as a dedicated moto mom at the motocross track!

robert holland - Technician
Robert brings over 15 years of experience in welding and fabrication and 10 years of experience as a mechanic. He brings a well-rounded skill set to the shop. As a certified welder in MIG, ARC, and TIG welding, Robert takes pride in quality work!
His dedication to learning and refining his skills has been evident!
Outside of work, Robert enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife and daughter, whom he is very proud of. His strong work ethic and commitment make him a valued member of the FGR team, and we’re grateful to have him on board.
Matt braun - field Technician
Matt is a highly experienced diesel mechanic with over 21 years in the heavy equipment industry. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for tackling projects with precision and care. Matt holds certifications in both Kubota and Isuzu engines. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make him an essential part of our service team. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, especially camping and exploring nature.

mason terry - technician
Mason joined the FGR team in 2025 and brought 4 years of experience working professionally on light duty diesel pickups. He has taken multiple years of industry specific education through Napa & O'Reillys. His favorite jobs to take on are major repairs like complete engine rebuilding.
Being a mechanic has always intrigued him and he enjoys the challenge and learning new things - this is like doing puzzles daily him! We are grateful for his willingness to try anything and his desire to put his best foot forward with a positive attitude.
When Mason is off the clock he enjoys working on his little hobby farm and being with his family. Him and his wife hiking, hunting and fishing with their boys and you can also find them at the tractor pulls in the summer!
